Elementary Teacher at the BritishVirgin Islands Seventh-day Adventist
School for the 2025-2026 Academic year commencing September 1, 2025.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Teach subjects in Elementary Education
• Maintain order and discipline among students.
• Maintain registers, records, or other forms as may be required by the
Principal, Education Director or any other authorized persons.
• Plan and prepare lessons and scheme of work.
• Attend Staff Meetings and Staff Worship.
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Elementary Education.
• Excellent knowledge of the Seventh-day Adventist Education system.
Other Requirements:
• Excellent inter and intra personal skills.
• Must be knowledgeable of and committed to the philosophy, principles and
mission of the Seventh-day Adventist church to include SDA education and
give witness to these values in his/her Professional and Christian life.
• Must be familiar with the unique Seventh-day Adventist Health message
• Must be energetic and creative
