The Youth Department of the church works for and through the youth.The primary focus of youth ministry is the salvation of youth through Jesus Christ. This department fosters youth ministry, lead youth to understand their individual worth and to discover and develop their spiritual gifts and abilities and equip and empower them for a life of service to the community.
The Youth Department of the North Caribbean Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is committed to creating the environment for our youths to experience holistic growth and development to their fullest potential.
Therefore, we use an eclectic approach to accomplish this. As a result of having a personal and dynamic relationship with God, they use their gifts and abilities in service to God and their fellow youths. Thus, our primary focus is the salvation of our youths and equipping them for service.
To create an environment where our youths can be of service to the church and to assist in providing leadership at all levels.
