Passing of Phyllis Rogers

The North Caribbean Conference mourns the passing of the late Phyllis E Rogers (1939 – 2024), a beloved servant leader and the devoted wife of former Pastor, ABC Manager, and Auditor of the

North Caribbean Conference, Pastor Campbell Rogers.

Sis Phyllis Rogers exemplified a life of dedication, having given unstinting service to the work of The Lord from 1976 – 1999. Her many roles included:

  • Secretary to ABC Managers, Randy Phillips, Campbell Rogers and John Simmons
  • Secretary to the Late Pastor Eugene Blackman, Treasurer of the North Caribbean Conference
  • General Secretary of the North Caribbean Conference
  • ABC Manager in Tortola, BVI

Her commitment extended beyond the North Caribbean Conference, as she also served as a Secretary at the General Conference Headquarters and later at the Ellen G. White Estate until herretirement in 2016.

Sister Rogers leaves behind her beloved husband, Pastor Campbell Rogers, and her four children: David Rogers, Phil Rogers, Harold Rogers, and Cardia Rogers.

The North Caribbean Conference extends heartfelt condolences to Pastor Rogers and the entire Rogers family.

 May the peace of Christ, the assurance of His presence and the blessed Hope of the resurrection bring comfort in this season of sorrow – Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints (Psalm 116:15).
