NCC Office | Administrative Assistant/Accounts Clerk for Treasurer

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Treasurer’s office in.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records, Documents and files: Handle wire transfers, Purchase orders, and other financial documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage Church and Health Insurance: Request, update and renew
  • Coordinate meetings and events: Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, meals and transportation
  • Handle correspondence and communications: Respond to inquiries, prepare reports, compose and type correspondence.
  • Maintain office organization: Ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Provide general administrative support: Perform a variety of tasks as needed.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the treasurer

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a finance-related environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
